In an action, inter alia, to recover damages for breach of contract and breach of warranty, the plaintiff appeals (1) as limited by its brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Orange County (Owen, J.), dated October 23, 1997, as granted the defendant’s motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint and awarded the defendant summary judgment on its counterclaim, and (2) a judgment of the same court, entered November 17, 1997, which is in favor of the defendant and against it in the principal amount of $68,329.03.
