MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
DE MENT, District Judge.
Before the court is Plaintiffs Motion To Deny Bill Of Costs, which was filed May 8, 2001. Defendant issued a Response May 23. After careful consideration of the arguments of counsel, the relevant law, and the record as a whole, the court finds that the Motion is due to be granted in part and denied in part.
