This issue in this case is whether the court below properly denied the motion for a preliminary injunction filed by the appellant, Harsco Corporation.

In July, 1970, Richard A. Klein, one of the appellees herein, commenced working for Patent Scaffolding Company, a subdivision of Harsco Corporation which conducts business on a world-wide basis.
