Appellant Beaver Meadows is a partnership that proposes to create a planned unit development (PUD), to be known as Beaver Meadows, in western Larimer County, Colorado. The additional appellants (landowners) are other owners of property in that prospective development. The appellants seek reversal of a district court order that upheld two requirements imposed on the developer by appellee Larimer County Board of County Commissioners (Board) as conditions of approval of the master plan for the Beaver Meadows PUD.
