Kilday, Judge:

Accused was arraigned before a general court-martial convened at the United States Naval Base, Norfolk, Virginia, charged with larceny of public funds, in violation of Article 121, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC § 921. He pleaded not guilty but was found guilty as charged and sentenced to be dismissed from the service, confinement at hard labor for eighteen months, and forfeiture of $300.00 per month for a like period.
