Case Summary

Lana and Pamela Ammerman (referred to collectively as “the Ammermans”) sustained severe and permanent injuries when a 1986 Bronco II 4x4 in which they were passengers rolled over. The vehicle was manufactured by Ford Motor Company. The Ammermans sued Ford on various theories of liability, and they also sought punitive damages.
