CHRISTIAN, Judge.
— The offense is burglary; the punishment, confinement in the penitentiary for three years.
Chapter 67 of the Acts of the 41st Legislature at its First Called Session provides for a jury wheel and the selection of juries and drawing of venires by means thereof in all counties in this state having a population of not less than 16,775 nor more than 17,000 as shown by the United States census of 1920.
