RICH, Judge.
This appeal is from the March 16, 1976 decision of the Patent and Trademark Office (PTO) Board of Patent Interferences (board) awarding priority of invention as to the single count in interference No. 98,315 to senior party Corbett. We affirm.
Corbett is involved on application Serial No. 654,941, entitled “Method of Extruding Laminated Film,” filed May 26, 1967, as a division of application serial No. 350,220, filed March 9, 1964, the latter hereinafter called the “parent application.” These two applications have identical disclosures.
