This is an action brought by the plaintiff on behalf of himself and other taxpayers to contest the validity of a special election held in the Town of West Greenville on October 4, 1927, on the question of issuing bonds in the sum of $65,000 for the purpose of constructing a waterworks system. The action was commenced on October 17, 1927, and a preliminary restraining order was granted by Mr. Justice Cothran. The cause came on for a hearing before his Honor, M. D.
