MARTIN, Circuit Judge:
In February 2016, Blair Mitchell filed a pro se civil rights suit against prison officials at Autry State Prison (“Autry”), where he was incarcerated. Mr. Mitchell alleged that the staff at Autry was deliberately indifferent to his serious medical needs in violation of his Eighth Amendment rights. More specifically, he alleged that the medical staff failed to treat his hepatitis C and that he developed liver cirrhosis as a result. The .District Court dismissed his complaint.
