ORDER

Paula Johnson filed in Illinois state court a complaint naming as defendants Schnuck Markets along with company chairman Scott Schnuck and security supervisor Linda Winkler. Only the corporate defendant, a supermarket chain based in Missouri, was served with process, and it removed the action to federal court under the diversity jurisdiction. See 28 U.S.C. §§ 1332, 1441(b). Johnson alleges that from April to October 2009 she was harassed and followed home by an employee of the company’s store in East St. Louis, Illinois.
