Defendants Star Scientific, Inc. (“Star Scientific”), Rock Creek Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (“Rock Creek”), and GNC Holdings, Inc. (“GNC”) manufacture and sell Anata-bloc, a pharmaceutical product allegedly marketed as a treatment for a wide range of maladies, including arthritis, Alzheimer’s disease, traumatic brain injury, diabetes, and multiple sclerosis.
