OPINION

KLEINSCHMIDT, Judge.

Appellee, Daniel Walter Klein, was charged with driving while under the influence while his license was suspended, can-celled, revoked, or refused, a class 5 felony in violation of A.R.S. § 28-692.02. He filed a motion to dismiss, alleging that the refusal to release him from custody on a bond set according to the terms of the master bail schedule was a denial of due process. The master bail schedule is a pre-set list of the amounts of bond required for a variety of offenses. It permits persons arrested for certain offenses to post bond without the need to appear…
