Bar counsel appeals from an order of a single justice of this court affirming the recommendation of the Board of Bar Overseers (board) that an admonition be administered to the respondent for certain misconduct that resulted in his convictions of assault and battery by means of a dangerous weapon, assault and battery on a public servant, assault and battery on a police officer, and indecent exposure.
