SELBY, Justice.

Defendant, Duane Turner, was charged with Count I, Murder; Count II, Criminal Confinement as a class B felony; Count III, Conspiracy to Commit Robbery Resulting in Serious Bodily Injury, a class A felony; and Count IV, Attempted Robbery Resulting in Serious Bodily Injury as a class A felony. A jury found him guilty after trial of all charges. The judge entered judgment of conviction on all charges except Count III.
