BLB Aviation South Carolina, LLC (“BLB”) sued Jet Linx Aviation Corporation; Jet Linx Aviation, LLC; Jet Linx Management Company, LLC (collectively, “Jet Linx” 1 ); and Jamie Walker for dam ages arising from breach of contract. Jet Linx counterclaimed. After a bench trial, the district court awarded damages to both parties, and both parties appealed.
