This case comes before the Court for consideration of the following motions: (i) Yusha Abdul-Quddus’s Motion for Summary Judgment [290]; (ii) Defendants’ Motion for Extension of Time [292]; and (iii) Defendants’ Motion for Summary Judgment [294]. These Motions are presently docketed as the motions of Interve-nor-Plaintiff Abdul-Quddus in Daker v. Wetherington, No. 1:01-CV-3257-RWS.
