The defendants herein on this appeal contend that the center of the intersection of the two roads is at a point where the medial lines of the two roads meet; that it is undisputed that the plaintiff’in crossing the intersection did not pass to the right of this point; that such failure must be held as a matter of law to be negligence and the proximate cause of the injury; and in support of their position they rely upon the case of Day v.
