This was a suit brought to enjoin a sale of land on execution issued out of the district court for Holt county on a judgment duly transcribed from Saline county. The petition was filed in the district court for Holt county, praying an injunction against the sheriff and the judgment creditors. To this petition a demurrer was interposed by appellants, Avhich Avas by the court overruled.
