This is an appeal from an order of the trial court denying appellant, R. C. Over-street, d/b/a Keeland-Overstreet Hardware Company, a taxpaying citizen of Houston County, a temporary injunction against Houston County, Texas, et al. The suit was brought by appellant individually and in the nature of a class suit, praying for a temporary restraining order, temporary injunction, and, on final hearing, a permanent injunction, enjoining appellees from proceeding further with the air conditioning of Houston County Courthouse, or from performing or doing any work in connection…
