Dismissing appeals.

R. H. Miller was tried and convicted under three indictments at the January term, 1932, of the Rock-castle circuit court, and in each case he was given until the April term of that court in which to file his bill of exceptions. Within the time allowed he tendered his bill of exceptions in each case. Bach bill contained what purported to be the language used by the attorney for the commonwealth in his closing argument to the jury.
