Defendant was convicted of first degree burglary and his conviction was affirmed on appeal by our Supreme Court. See Poindexter v. State (1970), 255 Ind. 406, 264 N.E.2d 605. Thereafter, the defendant filed a petition for post-conviction relief which was denied. The only evidence presented at the hearing on defendant’s petition for post-conviction relief was the testimony of the defendant him self.
