Plaintiff sued for divorce, custody of her children, allowance for their support and maintenance, temporary and permanent alimony and attorneys’ fees and an accounting of her property and effects in the possession of the defendant. By his answer defendant challenged the sufficiency of plaintiff’s residential qualifications to vest the trial court with jurisdiction of the parties.
