Steven M. Speier, Chapter 7 Trustee (“Speier”) seeks an order dismissing this case due to the failure of Gregory Charles Nordstrom and Mia Carmella Barron (“Debtors”) to timely provide him with a copy of their separate federal income tax returns for 2006 (“2006 returns”) in accordance with § 521(e)(2)(A)© of the Code. 1 At the hearing, Speir appeared pro se and Marjorie M.
