Plaintiff-appellant Kalamazoo River Study Group (“KRSG”) is an unincorporated association of paper manufacturers seeking to recover costs incurred in the investigation and remediation of contamination by polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) in the Kalamazoo River.
