The defendant, Francis Kufrovich, was indicted by a Grand Jury, charged in two counts with using a means of interstate commerce, knowingly to persuade a person under 18 years of age to engage in a sexual act for which any person may be criminally prosecuted 1 and with traveling in interstate eom meree for the purpose of engaging in a sexual act as defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2246 with a person under 18 years of age. 2 Mr. Kufrovich moves the Court to suppress evidence, for a change of venue, to sever the counts, to…
