The following is a substantial statement of the allegations of the bill:(1) This bill, filed by appellee on June 14,1807, in the United States circuit court at Brownsville, Tex., against appellant and James Still-man and 19 other persons, defendants, is an ancillary bill, filed as ancillary or auxiliary to suit No. 248 (Heirs of Miguel Salinas v. William 'Kellogg et al.) on the law docket of the same court.
