REYNOLDSON, Justice.

Defendant Mark Ahern appeals from judgment entered on his conviction for possession of a schedule II controlled substance. We reverse and remand.

On January 8, 1974, Frank Holshlag and William Wegman, both attorneys, and police officer James Burton drove to a house at 209 South Water Street in New Hamp ton, Iowa, in search of Holshlag’s juvenile client Tammy Tylee.
