Kristovich v. Maxey

—In this proceeding in the Estate of William Marrian Maxey, deceased, three petitions were filed for an order appointing administrator—-the petition of Baldo M. Kristovich, as public administrator; the petition of Lura Maxey Eissmann, as “widow” of the deceased; and the petition of Harry Lee Maxey, as the son of the deceased. Ivy Proclc, Walter Maxey, Fonnie Maxey,' Ruth Morrison, Sue Adams, and LaVern Hardaway, are brothers or sisters of the deceased.
