The plaintiff, Koor Communications, Inc., appeals an order of the Superior Court (Vaughan, J.) denying its motion for attorney’s fees. We affirm.

The following facts appear in the trial court’s order or are supported in the record before us. The plaintiff commenced this action by filing a petition for declaratory judgment on March 5, 1999.
