This is an appeal by the defendants from a judgment of the Court of Common Pleas sustaining the plaintiff’s appeal from the granting of a variance by the zoning board of appeals of the town of Norwalk. A review of the record indicates that on May 27, 1969, the defendants, Lawrence J. Mola and Ida R.
