Appellant, Ronald Douglas Crawley, was convicted in the Fayette Circuit Court of first-degree robbery and of being a first-degree persistent felony offender (PFO) for participating in the armed robbery of Thee Clubhouse, an adult dancing establishment in Lexington, Kentucky. Appellant was sentenced to twenty-five years imprisonment and appeals to this Court as a matter of right. Ky. Const. § 110(2)(b).
