This action is brought by the plaintiff to recover
the sum of $628.11, with interest from July 10, 1936, upon a public liability policy made by the defendant, which was to be in full force and effect as of the 4th day of April, 1936, to the 4th day of April, 1937.
On or about May 12, 1936, at the request of plaintiff, the defendant added an indorsement to said policy so that it covered damage to the property as well as for personal injuries.
