GRUENDER, Circuit Judge.
Juan Carlos Manzano-Huerta (“Manza-no”) pleaded guilty to harboring, encouraging, and inducing an alien to reside in the United States, in violation of 8 U.S.C. § 1324(a)(1)(A) and (a)(1)(B)(ii), and conspiracy to transport, harbor, and encourage and induce aliens to reside in the United States, in violation of 8 U.S.C. § 1324(a)(1)(A)(v)(I). The district court 1 sentenced him to 33 months’ imprisonment. Manzano now appeals.
