Prowess, Inc. (“Prowess”) sued Ray-Search Laboratories, AB (“RaySearch”) and others1 (collectively, the “Defendants”) for patent infringement. A claim construction hearing was held on December 14, 2012 (“Hr’g”). Pending are the Defendants’ motions for leave to file amended answers to the second amended complaint, and counterclaims, and to supplement the record in support of -their opening claim construction brief.
