Ledyard, Ashley Pond, and Orlando M. Barnes, to remove a cloud upon the title to land claimed by the state. Shortly prior to the hearing of the present case the decision of this court was announced in the case of Lumber Co. v. Rust, 68 Fed. 155, and two other cases of Same Plaintiff v. Other Defendants, 68 Fed. 170, all of which came here on writs of error from the same court from which the present appeal was taken.
