THE COURT.
This is an appeal from orders settling the fourth annual account of Osear P. Thrasher as guardian of the person and estate of Ida M. E. Thrasher, an incompetent person, and overruling the objections of the Department of Mental Hygiene of the State of California to the account and denying its petition to reopen the first, second and third accounts of the guardian.
