Defendant-appellant, Sandoz Pharmaceuticals Corporation (Sandoz), appeals from the judgment of the district court in favor of plaintiff-appellee, United States of America (Government), acting on behalf of the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), in this in rem seizure action filed pursuant to the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act (Act), 21 U.S.C. § 301 et seq. (1982). For the following reasons, we affirm.
