THIS CAUSE came before the Court on April 13, 1999 upon UNITED STATES OF AMERICA’S Motion for Order of Disbursement of Escrowed Post-Petition Rental Proceeds, and the Court having considered the Motion and Memo randum of Law submitted by the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, and having considered the arguments of counsel, and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, does hereby make the following Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law:
