The uncertainty respecting the effect of the present will, with which the interested parties have permitted themselves to be plagued during the third of a century which has elapsed since the death of the testator on August 1, 1906, is not due to any doubt respecting bis donative wishes, but solely to mistrust as to the adequacy of direction regarding the machinery to be employed in their effectuation.
