This appeal focuses on whether a release in favor of two insureds resulted in the discharge of claims against their surety. Chicago Title Insurance Company (“Chicago”), appellant, challenges the entry of summary judgment in favor of appellee, Lumbermen’s Mutual Casualty Company (“Lumbermen’s”), the surety herein.
