Susie Virginia Gallagher (“mother”) and Patrick Stephen Gallagher (“father”) were divorced by final decree on June 30, 1992. The decree affirmed, ratified and incorporated the parties’ child custody, support and property settlement agreement (“agreement”), which, inter alia, required the father to pay child support for the parties’ two minor children.
