— Respondent and decedent intermarried on September 21, 1913, and lived together as husband and wife until the latter part of 1924. As the issue of that marriage, there is one child, a daughter, who at the time of the trial was about fourteen years of age, and living with and supported by respondent. Decedent had been married before, and had three children by his former marriage.
