Carley, Justice.

A jury found Gearol Bryant guilty of felony murder while in the commission of both an aggravated assault and a theft by taking. The trial court entered its judgment of conviction on the jury verdict, and imposed a sentence of life imprisonment. The trial court denied Bryant’s motion for a new trial, and he appeals.
