LAURA DENVIR STITH, Judge.
Jane (Sprouse) Stark appeals the trial court’s order granting Alfred Sprouse’s mo tion to modify maintenance, claiming that the judge’s order was not supported by substantial evidence, was against the weight of the evidence, and erroneously applied the law. Ms. Stark argues that the trial court erred in terminating Mr. Sprouse’s maintenance obligation because her income was not sufficient to meet her expenses. We agree and reverse and remand for further proceedings.
