Veronica Wagner ("Veronica") appeals the modification court's judgment granting, in part, Ulrich Wagner's ("Ulrich") motion to modify his maintenance obligation.1 Finding no error, we affirm.
BACKGROUND
A. Dissolution Judgment
On or about May 28, 2004, the Circuit Court of St. Louis County dissolved the forty-year marriage between Ulrich and *337Veronica, pursuant to a consent judgment ("Dissolution Judgment").
