I.Introduction

In this employment discrimination and retaliation case, plaintiff Beth Tyson (“Ms. Tyson” or “Plaintiff’) alleges that defendant Access Services (“Access” or “Defendant”), her former employer, violated the Americans With Disabilities Act (“ADA” or the “Act”) by discriminating against her for her association with qualified individuals, as that term is used in the Act, and for retaliation against her.
