By indictment presented in the District Court, appellant was charged with playing cards at a house for retailing spirituous liquors. Before he was arrested the indictment was, by order of the district judge, transferred to the County Court. Appellant, having been arrested under process issuing from the County Court, was tried in that court and convicted.
