— Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Cooperman, J.), rendered December 3, 1985, convicting him of manslaughter in the first degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence. The appeal brings up for review the denial, after a hearing, of that branch of the defendant’s omnibus motion which was to suppress oral and videotaped statements made by him to law enforcement officials.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

At a pretrial suppression hearing, it was established that on May 7, 1983, the defendant was employed as a "bouncer” at a Queens tavern.…
