—In an action to recover damages for personal injuries and wrongful death, the plaintiffs appeal from an order of the *707Supreme Court, Nassau County (Brucia, J.), dated October 6, 1992, which, inter alia, granted the motion of the defendant Shinnecock Bait & Tackle Co., Inc., for summary judgment dismissing the complaint insofar as asserted against it.
Ordered that the order is affirmed, with costs.
